WP Download Link Inventory
Find the download links saved in your WordPress content.
Review PDF, ZIP, document, spreadsheet, presentation, CSV, text and EPUB links without crawling your website. WP Download Link Inventory reads the saved HTML in posts and pages and matches supported upload URLs to local media records.
Open Tools > Download Link Inventory to review five content items at a time. Each item checks up to 100 anchor tags and 200 KB of saved content. Duplicate paths within an item are grouped. Edit links take you to the source content or an accessible media record; the inventory never rewrites either.
Results distinguish “media record found” from “unresolved.” A matching record does not prove that the file exists, downloads successfully or is publicly accessible. Unresolved links are not automatically broken. Confirm the visitor experience separately before changing a link.
Only administrators with permission to edit the content can inspect it. The inventory does not fetch URLs, read files, execute shortcodes or dynamic blocks, log visitors or save scan results. Freemius handles license verification separately. Refresh after edits to see current saved content.
Supports WordPress 6.2+ and PHP 8.0+. Same-origin URLs under the current site's uploads base are supported; external/CDN URLs, encoded paths, query strings and fragments are skipped. Templates and rendered front-end links are outside this version's scope. No automated repair, exports or full multisite certification.
Pro is $19 USD annually for one website, plus applicable taxes. An active license is required to view the inventory. Deactivation and uninstall leave content unchanged. Review renewal and conditional 14-day refund terms at checkout. No traffic, ranking or sales improvement is guaranteed.

From download to your first inventory
- Download your plugin ZIP through Freemius.
- In WordPress, choose Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then install and activate.
- Activate your Pro license.
- Open Tools > Download Link Inventory. Review saved paths and follow the source or media edit links.
