Admin Notes
Your WordPress references, close at hand.
$19 USD / year · 1 website · Applicable taxes extra
Keep your references beside your WordPress work.
Editorial conventions, reusable research reminders and publishing instructions are easier to use when they are close to the place you write. Admin Notes adds My Reference Notes to your WordPress dashboard, giving each author a separate notebook on each site.
- Add, edit and delete up to 50 notes per user per site.
- Write titles up to 120 characters and plain-text notes up to 10,000 characters.
- Organize notes with yellow, blue or green labels.
- Protect newer edits from being overwritten by a stale browser tab.
Pro: $19 USD per year for one site, plus applicable taxes. An active license and permission to edit WordPress posts are required. Requires WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 8.0 or later.
What happens to my notes when I deactivate or uninstall? Stored notes remain. Features become unavailable without an active entitlement. Delete individual notes before uninstalling if you want to remove them from the plugin's stored collection; backups may retain copies.
Are notes encrypted or shared with the team? No. Other users cannot open your collection through this plugin, but site administrators, database operators and backups may access stored data. Do not store passwords, credentials or sensitive information. Notes are not shared team documents.
How does this differ from WP Dashboard Todos? Admin Notes stores editable reference material. WP Dashboard Todos tracks tasks. Choose the tool that fits your workflow; reminders, attachments, rich text and cloud sync are not included in Admin Notes.
Refunds follow the conditional 14-day policy shown at checkout. No productivity, income or sales results are guaranteed.
